Please keep the item in its original condition, original packaging, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. If you report an issue with your Furniture,we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide resolution.

Upholstery/ coverings/ cushion cover For solid wood furniture: Solid Wood over the period of time develop minor cracks, it is known as "Checks" in the Timber industry. These checks are not faults or defects but the characteristic of solid wood as an entity, wood tends to dry over a period of time but this phenomenon does not hamper the life of the furniture. Note: The brand/seller has the right to rework/repair/replace only a defective part of the product.
